Over the Memorial Day holiday weekend, we had problems with a Heating & Air unit in a separate mother-in-law suite on our property. Service Technician ED came to our rescue not once, not twice, but three times (Saturday, Sunday, & Monday) until the problem was finally fully resolved. He was prompt, courteous & helpful, and maintained his professional demeanor throughout what I am sure was a trying experience for him also. Action Heating & A/C did not do the original installation on the unit in question, but Ed was knowledgeable about troubleshooting the problems until they were all rectified.
