Your Home Town Heating & Air Conditioning Company.

We are a locally owned and operated business that Mike and Patti started in 1982. This is our 25th year in business and we must admit, we are very proud to say that. We started out as a mom and pop business with one van, Mike as the serviceman, installer, and chief cook and bottle washer. On the other hand, Patti ran the office, spoke to the customers, and kept Mike's schedule. Mostly through word-of-mouth, we have grown to 17 full-time employees and 10 vehicles. Although, you may think that is a lot of employees, you will still receive the same personalized service and/or installation (see Testimonials).

If you are interested in quality work at a fair price, we pride ourselves on being honest, trustworthy, dependable, and reliable. We are not the least expensive and we are not the most expensive, but we will give you a professional job that we feel sure you will be happy with; we stake our reputation on it.

Mike has been in the heating and air conditioning field over 30 years. He carries a Class A and Class B Air Conditioning License. He is also a Certified Building Contractor, Certified Home Inspector, and Certified Mold Inspector. Although he maintains these certifications and licenses, we do not solicit or practice them to the public; it is a great asset in enhancing the knowledge needed to provide the products, services, and installations to assure you of an expert performance of your heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality. His continuing education is current and updated every 2 years as required. He attends many different classes (when work allows him) to include: air flow, new products for indoor air quality, etc., to broaden his knowledge in connection with heating and air conditioning.

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, Northeast Florida Builders Association, St. Johns County Builders Association, Habitat Partners Council, St. Johns Sheriff's Office (Four Star Member), and the St. Augustine Police Department. We also sponsor St. Augustine Little League, St. Joseph Academy Gold Sponsor of the Flashes Football Team and Basketball Team, and sponsors of St. Augustine High Football Team, along with other community sponsored events.
